Healthy Plate teaches kids about healthy eating in a friendly, no-shame way. Children sort foods like carrots, dates, fish, donuts and soda onto an 'everyday foods' plate or into a 'sometimes foods' treat jar, and every choice comes with a short reason why. A bonus round asks them to build a balanced plate with vegetables, fruit, grains, protein and a healthy drink.
